My dear General,

With reference to Article 5 of the Supplementary Agreement concerning the Headquarters Allied Forces Central Europe, dated June 17, 1969, I have the honour to inform you that the Netherlands Government is prepared to grant the privilege referred to in the said Article to the Commander-in-Chief and the Deputy Commander-in-Chief of AFCENT.

I would be most grateful if you would let me know whether you can agree to this proposal.
