8.1. Containers with one door removed have a significant reduction in their ability to
                                                            withstand racking forces and, potentially, a reduction in stacking strength. The removal
                                                            of a door on a container in operation is considered a modification of the container.
                                                            Containers must be approved for one door off operation. Such approval shall be based
                                                            on test results as set forth below.
